Kent Weaver, Director of
Client Service and Chief Compliance Officer, has twelve years of investment industry experience.
He is also a Partner of Philadelphia International Partners, the entity that, along with The Glenmede Trust Company, owns Philadelphia International Advisors, LP.
Kent is responsible for directing and managing PIA’s client service department, as well as overseeing compliance. As Chief Compliance Officer, Kent monitors all aspects
of PIA’s Compliance Program. In addition, Kent manages the information technology platform through an
outsourced vendor relationship with MTM Technologies. Kent joined the firm in 2000.
Prior to joining PIA, Kent was a Senior Vice President at Cutler and Company, LLC,
where he served as Lead Portfolio Manager for an Asian private equity fund. Kent began his investment
career in 1996 at Air Products and Chemicals where he was a Senior Financial Analyst.
