Hugo Molina, Director of Trading, has
thirteen years of
investment industry experience. Hugo is also a Partner of Philadelphia International
Partners, the entity that, along with The Glenmede Trust Company, owns Philadelphia
International Advisors, LP.
Hugo oversees PIA’s 24 hour global trading desk. His team
consists of three traders and two desk assistants who divide up market
responsibilities by region. Hugo is also responsible for the
implementation of a new international equity order management system,
FIX connectivity and straight-through processing. Hugo is fluent in
Spanish. He joined PIA in 2005.
Prior to joining PIA, Hugo was Vice President, Global Equity Trading for Sanford C. Bernstein,
Inc. for five years, and was Senior International Equity Trader for Scudder Kemper Investments from
1997 to 2000. Hugo began his career in trading with Fidelity Investments in 1995.
